Who are we?
Erwin Hilverink is the boss of the house. Born in the Netherlands, he has lived in Switzerland since 2015. He grew up in the restaurant business. His parents already ran a large hotel with 200 beds, a host with body and soul.
He always describes his “work” as a hobby and is there for the guests every day. The team actively supports him and ensures a cozy and familiar atmosphere.
